This summer CCYAL moved it's examination collection to the third floor of Hodges Library, directly above the 2nd floor entrance and adjacent to the Juvenile collection. Long time friends of the Center will remember this location from several years ago, and all visitors will appreciate the increased availability of the collection and its proximity to the permanent Juvenile collection. The examination collection is, of course, non-circulating, however it is open to the public whenever the library is open, which is pretty much around the clock. Can't sleep? Come read. The books will be here.
The CCYAL presents critically acclaimed children's book author and illustrator Nina Crews as our spring semester 2012 guest lecturer on Tuesday, March 6.
The lecture will be held in the University of Tennessee's College of Communication and Information (CCI) Auditorium, Communications Building, 345 Circle Park Drive.
The presentation will begin at 7 p.m. A book signing will follow.
The event is free to the public. Paid parking is available in UT's University Center Garage.
